How are Fizzy Gs made?

Fizzy Gs are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, using techniques that have
been honed over centuries. Each pair can take up to 60 hours to complete.

What materials do you use?

Our juttis, heels, kolhas, sneakers and broguesters are made from ethically sourced leather.

The embroideries are done on high-quality fabrics.

 We also use vegan leather in the construction of our sliders and loafers.

Where are they made?

Fizzy Gs are proudly made in India. We work with local artisans to bring a modern twist to traditional Indian crafts and make them suitable for your everyday wardrobe.

Do all styles fit the same?

All our styles are designed according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. We recommend selecting your regular size in all our styles. However, some customers may prefer going up a size in Brogues due to the shape of the shoe. If the shoes feel a bit snug, that’s alright as they will take the shape of your foot over time. The more you wear them, the more they mould themselves to you and the more comfortable they get. You can take a look at our size chart here.

How to measure your foot

Place your foot flat on the ground. Measure the distance between A (tip of the toe) and B (end of the heel) in centimetres. That’s the length of your foot.

What are the terms and conditions for shipping?

We offer free shipping and cash on delivery across India.

Orders placed in India as well as outside India are catered by reliable courier services such as like Fed EX, Bluedart, Aramex and Delhivery.

Do you ship outside of India?

Yes, we do ship outside of India. You can check the shipping charges here.
Customs charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes applied by the destination country will be borne by the customer and Fizzy Goblet will not be responsible for it.
Liquids are classified as prohibited items by several countries, hence paints cannot be shipped as they will be held by customs.

What are the payment options available?

You can pay for your purchase using credit card, debit card, American Express, Paypal, internet banking and wallets such as Paytm.

 All these payment methods are 100% safe and secured.

 We also offer cash on delivery in India.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a tracking number on your email ID once your order has been
shipped.

We’ll be happy to track your shipment and offer any assistance you may require post
ordering.

How much time will it take for me to receive my shoes?

We dispatch your pairs within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. It takes around
3-5 working days for the delivery of shipment depending on your location in
India.

 The shipping time for customised orders and out of stock products is longer and we
will keep you informed about the approximate delivery date post ordering. These delivery timelines are subject to location, distance and the availability of
our logistics partner.

Note: There might be a delay in deliveries during national holidays and festivals.

For orders outside of India, delivery time is between 5-7 working days.

 

Are there be any hidden taxes or duties that I have to pay?

For Indian orders, all taxes and duties are included in the price mentioned.

For international orders, customs charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes applied by the destination country will be borne by the customer and Fizzy Goblet will not be responsible for it.

Although we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound
in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we will contact you and do our best to find an alternative solution that

What’s your return policy in India?

We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn shoes within 60 days of receipt.
We know you need to try them on for fit and comfort, but make sure to only wear them on clean floors inside (and never outside, if you plan to return them).

Fizzy Gs stretch and take the shape of your feet when worn. In case they feel slightly snug, they will open up and take the shape of your feet.

How do I return my order?

We accept all unworn shoes for store credit, e-gift card, and/or exchange with any
design and size within 60 days of receipt.

There are a couple of options to return or exchange your shoes:

1) Free return from your doorstep:

You can place a return request on our website https://www.fizzygoblet.com/apps/return-request and our logistics partner will come and pick up the order.

Mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer
note when raising your exchange request or if you would like a credit note.


2. Store Drop:

You can drop the order at our physical outlets in Delhi, Noida, Mumbai and Bangalore. All you need to return is to bring the unworn shoes in the original

Do you offer refunds?

We do not provide refunds on any orders but we do offer credit notes that are valid for a year.

Can I return an order that was a gift?

Yes, you can return an order that was a gift by placing a return request on our website https://www.fizzygoblet.com/apps/return-request and choosing between an exchange or a credit note.

When will my exchange order ship?

Your exchange order will be shipped within 24 hours of us picking up the original pair from you.

Incase the pair you want in exchange is not in stock, the process might take a week longer. You will be sent the tracking details and informed of each step of
your exchange.

What about international exchanges and returns?

We currently don’t process international exchanges. In case you are able to ship the shoes to India, we will pick them up from any location in India and process
your exchange to the same location or email you the store credit as we would do for a domestic order.

For international orders, we extend the exchange period to 4 months. Please note that the shoes must be unworn.

 

Free Exchanges and Returns!

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of every pair of Fizzy G's. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can go to the Exchanges tab on our website and create your return and we shall guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the Fizzy G's.


How to exchange?
You must process an exchange request for your Fizzy G's within 60 days from the date it was shipped to you.

and our logistics partners will pick up the same from you. 

Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer note when raising your exchange request and in the parcel when you send it back to us. 

 

 Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

FIZZY GOBLET reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Fizzy G's are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Fizzy Goblet. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Exchanges are not provided on international orders. 

Exchanges will not be processed for pairs not directly purchased from our website our pop ups. 

Post Script- All custom made orders are non-returnable.

 

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can directly purchase a gift card online. Once you’ve completed the payment, the gift card will be emailed to you on your registered email ID. https://www.fizzygoblet.com/collections/fizzy-gift-cards

How will I receive the gift card?

You will receive an e-gift card on your email which will consist of a 16-digit code. You can redeem the gift card at the time of checkout while placing an online order.

Where can I redeem the gift card?

You can redeem the gift card online at the checkout page. You can also redeem the gift card at any of the Fizzy Goblet stores.

 Only one gift card can be redeemed on one order.

What is the validity of a gift card?

Gift cards are valid for 65 days from the date of the purchase.

Can I partially redeem a gift card?

Yes, you can partially redeem a gift card and the remaining balance can be redeemed for a later purchase using the same code.
