We invest a great deal of love and care in making every pair of Fizzy Gs. However, we understand that sometimes our shoes or bags may not match your expectations. That’s why we are now offering Free exchanges and reverse pick ups.

If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the order, fill in the details above and place the Returns & Exchanges request within 30 days from when it was shipped to you in an unused condition.

Please note:
A. No exchanges or online store credits on free products
B. No second-time exchanges
C. No refunds
D. Online Orders: Must be returned or exchanged through our online portal,
In-Store Purchases: Must be returned or exchanged at the store location.
E. No discounts applicable on exchange pairs
